## Mission

Every woman deserves the opportunity to dream, grow and build her own future. FORHER Foundation helps women and girls become confident, independent and self-reliant. Its approach is that education creates awareness, skills create capability, and opportunities create independence.

## Programmes

- Career Readiness: career guidance, employability, resume building, interview preparation, communication and presentation skills, and leadership development.
- Women Empowerment: education, skills, career opportunities, confidence building, entrepreneurship and pathways to financial independence.
- Health & Wellness Awareness: women's health, preventive healthcare and large-scale public awareness campaigns.
- Education & Skill Development: helping students understand their potential and choose suitable career pathways.
- Industry-Academia Connect: bringing educational institutions and industry together so students learn about real-world opportunities.
- Community Outreach: taking these programmes to schools, colleges and communities where such opportunities are limited.

## Milestones

- Grand Launch & Grace of Wings Award (May 2025): the formal launch of the foundation, celebrating strength, honouring grace and empowering women.
- Empowering Young Minds for a Better Tomorrow: motivational speech and soft-skill training at the Merit Award Ceremony hosted by Tamil Nadu Arya Vysya Maha Sabha, Tiruvallur District.
- Freshers' Welcome & Orientation Day: orientation session for first-year students at Annai Veilankanni's College of Arts and Science, Chennai.
- Support for Jeeva Jyothi Ananda Illam: bathroom essentials, pillows and pillow covers for the children's home in Redhills, Chennai, acknowledged by Jeeva Jyothi Trust in July 2026.
- Coming up, 200 Voices for Her: a women's health awareness campaign with 200 college students, 200 messages and a QR campaign to reach thousands more.

- Sponsor a Campaign: funding or in-kind support such as T-shirts, printing, stage, food, media or digital help.
